About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Communications professional to support clear engaging and timely communication across our workforce.

Working closely with Operations HR and leadership team you will develop and deliver communications that keep employees informed connected and aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop internal communication strategies that effectively engage frontline and remote employees across a diverse workforce.
  • Create and distribute engaging content including safety updates operational communications HR announcements employee stories and key business messages.
  • Support two-way communication by establishing simple feedback channels and identifying common questions themes and concerns across the workforce.
  • Partner with Operations HR and Marketing to ensure communications are timely relevant and tailored to frontline employees and local operational needs.
  • Coordinate safety compliance and training communications ensuring important information is communicated clearly and promptly to affected employees.
  • Identify opportunities to improve communication channels and processes helping strengthen employee engagement and connection across dispersed teams.

About You

We are looking for someone who is confident working across a large operationally focused organization and can translate information into clear engaging communications for a frontline audience.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in internal communications employee communications or a similar communications role.
  • Experience developing and delivering communications for frontline operational field-based or geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to turn complex information into clear practical and engaging content.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with Operations HR Marketing and senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach with strong organization skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience working in a large complex or operational environment will be highly regarded.
