Youll support the planning and delivery of marketing andcommunications activities crafting engaging content and buildingpositive relationships with key stakeholders. Whether yourecoordinating a campaign supporting a business unit or helping acommunity program find its audience your work will play a realrole in connecting people with services that change lives.

What youll be doing:
As our Communications Officer youll work closely with teamsacross the organisation to:
- Create and coordinate content that reflects who we are and what we stand for
- Support the delivery of campaigns that drive awareness engagement and participation
- Ensure our brand shows up consistently and compellingly across every channel both internally and externally.
- Help share the positive impact the Y WA makes in communities every day
Youll be a connector between our programs and the people whoneed them between our story and the wider world.
Youll be great in this role if you
- Hold a tertiary qualification in Marketing Communications or a related field
- Have a genuine interest in using communications to make a positive impact in local communities
- Can build strong working relationships and support stakeholders with their communication needs
- Bring creativity when developing content across digital and social channels
- Are organised and able to manage tasks and projects from brief through to delivery
- Are comfortable reviewing performance and using insights to improve content and campaigns
- Are confident using the MS Office suite and familiar with digital marketing and social media platforms
