Position Summary:

• Rise with us and supervise the preparation and production of all hot or cold food items for the breakfast service period

• Assist in ensuring the quality consistency and production of breakfast food areas focusing on attention to detail

• Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation

• Plan and manage food quantities and plating requirements for the food operation

• Maintain organisational skills to ensure your section is clean and runs efficiently throughout each service period

• Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a way that aims to exceed guest expectations focusing on the guests overall wellbeing

• Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience

• Assist the kitchen team with the preparation of food items required for daily operations

• Maintain strong food safety and property standards

About You:

• Trade Industry Qualification or completion of Commercial Cookery Qualification

• Passion for the industry

• Relevant experience in a similar role

• Working rights in Australia

• Enthusiastic to escalate your career
