Reporting to the CFO this newly created leadership role will establish and lead the FP&A and Commercial Finance function. Youll partner with operational leaders to deliver budgeting forecasting financial modelling commercial analysis and strategic insights that drive business performance.

Leading a small team youll also play a key role in the ERP implementation enhancing reporting capability and supporting data-driven decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead annual budgeting rolling forecasts and long-term financial planning.
  • Develop financial models scenario analysis and business cases.
  • Deliver monthly management reporting KPI dashboards and Board reporting.
  • Partner with operational leaders on pricing tenders project profitability and commercial decisions.
  • Drive reporting automation Power BI dashboards and continuous improvement.
  • Lead the finance workstream for the Pronto ERP implementation.
  • Support strategic initiatives acquisitions and business growth.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing commercial finance team.
About You
  • CA or CPA qualified.
  • 5 years experience in FP&A Commercial Finance or Management Accounting.
  • Strong budgeting forecasting and financial modelling skills.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management capability.
  • Advanced Excel skills; ERP and Power BI experience highly regarded.
  • Experience within contracting engineering infrastructure resources or project-based industries is advantageous.
