About the Role
Duties
- Monitor the Club Lounge to ensure seating availability guest safety wellbeing and exceptional service standards.
- Welcome and assist guests anticipate service needs respond to enquiries and provide professional and memorable guest experience.
- Prepare and serve hot cold and alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and responsible service requirements.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the bar lounge area equipment tables glassware and utensils.
- Manage stock levels of beverages ice glassware and supplies ensuring timely replenishment and secure storage of inventory.
- Complete opening and closing procedures document relevant information coordinate supply requisitions and communicate operational or guest requirements to the kitchen and leadership team.
Skills & Experience
- Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA)
- Im Alert Food Safety Certification (from City of Perth)
- Experience working in customer service role preferable
- Passion for customer service
- Unrestricted working rights for Australia
