About the role
Were looking for an organised and reliable team player to join our team in aClient Services Coordinator - Homecare this role you will be responsible for coordinating staff and client schedules managing changes and providing general administrative support to keep things running smoothly.

Part-time (0.8 FTE) applications are welcome and will be considered for the successful applicant.
This is a fixed-term contract with the opportunity to transition to a permanent position for the successful applicant.

Your main duties will include:
- Rostering Homecare and clinical visits within the community
- Answering and transferring of phone calls
- Administrative duties
About you
- Be available to work Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm in the Adelaide CBD.
- Youll need great communication skills attention to detail and confidence in using computer systems.
- Previous experience in rostering is preferred.
- Clear and fluent English.
- Strong organisational skills and time management.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and decision making.
- Understanding of privacy and confidentiality when handling staff and client information.
