What youll do
As aCivil Engineer in our Roads & Highways team basedin Brisbaneyoullcontributetoprojects and programs thatmake a real difference and be part ofateamthat embraces challenges welcomes diverse ideas and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.
- Provide office-based support to senior engineers across roads and highways projects
- Assist with design and technical tasks for transport and infrastructure projects
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to address project requirements
- Contribute to delivering clear high-quality engineering outputs
- Support problem-solving and continuous improvement across project delivery
What youll bring
- A Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
- Background in roads/highways design or transport projects preferred
- Consulting experience is advantageous; construction background will also be considered
- For fresh graduates: willingness to develop professionally and work towards RPEQ in the future
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for site inspections as required
