As Chief Product Owner Digital Workplace Services youll shape how thousands of Westpac employees experience work every day. Youll set the vision strategy and roadmap for workplace experiences that empower our people to do their best work wherever they are. Youll bring together customer-centred design data technology property operations and people strategy to create seamless experiences across every touchpoint of the employee lifecycle.
Working across senior stakeholder groups youll influence enterprise-wide decisions balance long-term strategic outcomes with immediate business priorities and lead a portfolio that directly impacts employee productivity engagement and performance.
Youll build a future-focused operating model that moves beyond reactive delivery to predictive insight-led service design. Youll challenge conventional thinking champion innovation and create experiences that are simple intuitive and genuinely valued by our people.

What do I need
- Proven executive leadership experience defining and executing workplace employee experience service design or transformation strategies in a large complex organisation.
- A track record of creating and scaling enterprise-wide service experiences that improve productivity engagement and organisational performance.
- Exceptional ability to influence senior executives and navigate competing priorities across technology operations property people and business functions.
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen with experience developing investment cases prioritising portfolios and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Deep understanding of human-centred design customer journeys service design methodologies and the future of work.
- Demonstrated capability leading large multi-disciplinary teams through significant change while maintaining strong governance risk management and delivery outcomes.
