ABOUT DUE SOUTH ALBANY
Due South Albany is a much-loved waterfront hospitality venue perfectly positioned on the stunning coastline of Albany in the heart of the Great Southern region. The venue offers a spacious indoor and outdoor dining area a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere quality food and drinks and exceptional service in a family-friendly environment.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
Assist the Head Chef
- during service
- with planning meals
- enforcing hygiene regulations
- Prepare cook and portion meals
- Monitor quality of dishes at all stages of preparation
- Prepare and make entrees
- Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen and storage areas
- Running Services
- Delegation of duties to staff in your section
- Work with the kitchen staff to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen as a team
Requirements
- Experience: Chef/Cook minimum 2 years experience
- Education: Cert III or higher depending on role. Without formal qualification at least 3 years fulltime experience.
- Ability to commute/relocate: Albany WA 6330: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Work Authorisation: Australia (Preferred)
- Work Location: In person
