Forget the traditional restaurant kitchen. At Blue Dolphin Holiday Resort youll work from our modern purpose-built food truck creating fresh delicious meals for guests enjoying one of Australias favourite holiday destinations.

Were looking for a passionate Chef de partie who thrives in a fast-paced environment loves great food and enjoys being part of a close-knit team delivering memorable dining experiences.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety. One minute youll be preparing breakfast for holidaymakers the next youll be serving up crowd favourites during a busy lunch rush. If you enjoy the energy of a dynamic kitchen and the relaxed atmosphere of coastal living youll fit right in.

With trading hours generally between 6:30am and 8:00pm (ish) flexibility across mornings evenings weekends and peak holiday periods is key.

What youll do:

• Prepare and cook fresh quality menu items within our unique food truck environment.
• Help deliver fast friendly service while maintaining high food quality and presentation standards.
• Support daily food preparation stock management and kitchen operations.
• Maintain exceptional food safety cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to create great guest experiences.
• Bring ideas energy and a positive attitude to a fun and collaborative team.

What youll bring:

• Previous experience as a Chef de partie or strong experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• A passion for great food and delivering quality every time.
• The ability to stay calm organised and efficient during busy service periods.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• Confidence working in a compact kitchen where multitasking is part of the fun.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and holiday periods.
