Whats the role
This role is to assist with the development of the strategic readiness and change reporting function by gathering change data and owning the single view of change. You will be supporting the Leads in the development of reporting based on the change strategy for the UNITE scaled migration for Consumer ensuring alignment with business objectives and program outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with change management execution teams integration and readiness teams to gather and synthesize change insights risks and progress updates.
  • Assisting in the production of reporting and insights to governance forums from tracked change KIPs single view of change and other metrics and dashboards identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Contributing to the development of tools and processes that enhance change readiness and visibility
  • Supporting Change Delivery teams in the management of our Banker panel
What do I need
To be successful in this position you will be an analytical thinker with a key eye for detail. You will be well versed in utilising Power Platforms to visualise data ready for presenting and you will be able to effectively partner with stakeholders and be a strong communicator. You should have a strong understanding of change management foundations and be well versed in governance and compliance. Prior or current experience in a similar position will set you up for success!
