Grampians Health is looking for an experienced and energised Change Manager Specialist to help drive transformational change across one of regional Victorias largest and most dynamic health services.

What Youll Lead

• Champion contemporary change management practice across the organisation inspiring teams to embrace new ways of working.

• Partner with senior leaders to anticipate change impacts strengthen readiness and support confident adoption.

• Build practical change capability across teams creating a positive and engaged culture that supports sustainable improvement.

• Play a key role in delivering high-impact transformation projects including the Ballarat Base Hospital Redevelopment and the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Project
