About the Role
Were looking for a skilled and proactive Change & Communications Analyst to support enterprise-wide technology initiatives within our Group IT this 12 month contract youll play a key part in ensuring successful delivery of major projects by driving effective change management and communication strategies. Youll work closely with project teams and stakeholders to prepare the business for change build capability and ensure smooth adoption of new systems processes and ways of working.

Develop and execute change management and communication plans for enterprise IT projects
Partner with project managers sponsors and stakeholders to drive adoption and business readiness
Analyse current and future state impacts across process technology people and culture
Create engaging communication content and training materials
Deliver multi-channel communications and coordinate stakeholder engagement forums
Provide guidance and support to project teams and end users
Contribute to building organisational capability in change and communication practices

Strong stakeholder engagement and alignment
Clear and audience-specific communications
High levels of adoption and business readiness
About You
45 years experience in change and communications with a focus on Projects.
Experience in large-scale organisations and tech transformations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Ability to manage competing priorities
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Qualifications
Degree in Communications Marketing Journalism Change Management or similar.
