Our client is a NSW Government organisation seeking an experienced Change Analyst to join their team in South Eveleigh.
The Change Analyst will support the successful delivery of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The role will focus on change impact assessments stakeholder engagement communications training and business readiness activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis across business units.
- Develop and support communication engagement and training initiatives.
- Monitor business readiness change adoption and stakeholder engagement throughout the program lifecycle.
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in change management within large-scale IT transformation or ERP programs or SAP projects is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder engagement communication and business readiness experience.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci Kotter or similar frameworks.
