Whats the role

Were looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team in this hands on role youll support day to day kitchen and catering operations helping deliver high quality food service while maintaining exceptional hygiene food safety and customer service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation meal assembly and service
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards across all kitchen and service areas
• Wash sanitise and organise kitchen equipment and utensils
• Receive store and rotate stock while supporting inventory management
• Support catering events and work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

About you

• Previous experience in hospitality catering food service or a commercial kitchen
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a team
• Strong understanding of food safety hygiene and workplace health and safety practices
• Reliable organised and able to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Flexible with shifts and willing to learn and grow within the catering industry
