If so a casual position in our Dungog Norco AgriSolutions retail store could be right for you.
This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible casual work with shifts offered on an as-needed basis to support our busy retail store.
Your Day-to-Day Activities May Include:
- Assisting customers with their rural product needs providing friendly customer service and processing sales transactions.
- Merchandising and presenting the store to a high standard.
- Assisting with stock receipting replenishment dispatch and stocktakes.
- Safely operating a forklift and handling products.
- Loading customer vehicles.
- Delivering products to customers when required.
- Preparing customer quotes and assisting with product enquiries.
- Working closely with your teammates to support the day-to-day operation of the store.
What Were Looking For:
- Drivers licence essential.
- Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts including weekdays and Saturdays as required.
- HV licence highly regarded.
- A genuine interest in agriculture rural products and customer service.
- Experience in retail warehousing customer service or a similar hands-on environment.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- A willingness to learn and work as part of a small supportive team.
- Sound computer skills including POS systems and Microsoft applications.
- Physically fit and comfortable performing manual handling and lifting tasks.
- A strong commitment to safety and safe work practices.
- Knowledge of livestock pasture farming inputs or the rural sector would be advantageous.
