The Role

As a Cook youre at the heart of the restaurant. Youll prepare fresh food every day keep things moving during busy service and bring our vibrant Mexican flavours to life. From prepping ingredients to cooking on the line youll take pride in serving up great-quality food for our regulars and new guests alike.

What Were Looking For

We appreciate diverse experience but ideally youll bring:

• Experience working in a kitchen or cooking role within a busy hospitality environment
• A good understanding of food safety and hygiene
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability across a range of shifts including nights and weekends
