Job Summary
This is a closed Expression of Interest (EOI) open to team members in Darwin.
Were seeking expressions of interest for a two-week full-time Case Manager opportunity from 29 July/asap to 9 August.
As a Case Manager you will utilise a strengths-based approach to support clients coordinate care and implement tailored support plans to help individuals achieve their goals and build independence.
