About the role

Make a meaningful difference every day as a Residential Care Partner at our warm and friendly Gracehaven aged care home in this casual role youll provide personcentred support with personal care daily living activities mobility meals and meaningful social engagement. Your care helps residents maintain independence wellbeing and quality of life.

Youll contribute to a homely safe and respectful environment working alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team and bringing empathy patience and professionalism to every shift.

About you

You bring a genuine commitment to supporting older people with dignity and respect. You enjoy working in a team and building meaningful relationships with residents families and colleagues.

You will have:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care (or similar) or currently working towards it; or undertaking undergraduate Registered Nurse studies

  • Understanding of BaptistCares Christian identity and values

  • A personcentred approach to care

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds including CALD communities

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

  • Confidence managing a busy workload and adapting to changing priorities

  • Commitment to customerfocused care

  • Basic to intermediate IT skills across a range of applications
