A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Capacity Analyst reporting to Senior Manager Capacity Strategy.

A bit about your role

The Capacity Analyst develops and maintains demand and supply capacity plans to ensure the right field resources are available to meet customer regulatory and business requirements. Using data analysis forecasting and scenario modelling the role identifies trends supports workforce planning decisions and continuously improves planning processes. The position also manages key operational data and systems collaborates with a range of stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes and uses insights and feedback to enhance planning accuracy efficiency and service performance in a dynamic environment.

A bit about you

The ideal candidate brings a qualification in Engineering Telecommunications Information Technology Commercial Planning or a related discipline along with experience in telecommunications network services field operations or workforce planning environments. They are skilled in workforce planning and scheduling systems data analysis forecasting and capacity planning with the ability to translate insights into practical business recommendations. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving capabilities effective stakeholder collaboration proficiency in managing large and complex datasets and a continuous improvement mindset to enhance processes manage risks and support operational outcomes across diverse teams and locations.
