Your Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available due to an internal transfer to join our Capability & Culture team. As our Capability & Culture Coordinator you will support capability building across The Benevolent Society by helping employees access the learning systems and support they need to do their best work.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised systems-minded and detail-focused with a genuine interest in improving the employee and learner experience. It is also a great opportunity to build your experience in learning and development while contributing to stronger capability and culture across the organisation.

How You Will Contribute

  • Administer maintain and improve the learning management system so employees can access learning easily and records remain accurate.
  • Provide responsive learner and employee support including LMS enquiries training support requests and the Capability & Culture Jira inbox.
  • Coordinate LMS updates content testing learner registrations and mandatory course set-up.
  • Support accurate reporting by maintaining records verifying learner outcomes and making system data clear practical and useful for the organisation.
  • Provide generalist administration and coordination support including documentation invoices purchase orders and stakeholder communication.
  • Build positive relationships with internal teams vendors and partners through a helpful solutions-focused approach.

Your Skills and Experience

We want you to be successful in your new role! This means youll bring LMS or HRIS administration experience strong generalist administration skills confidence with Microsoft 365 and the ability to turn data into clear practical insights for different audiences. You will also have:

  • 12 months experience administering a Learning Management System HRIS or similar employee platform.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft 365 skills particularly in Excel and desirable in Power BI.
  • Experience preparing reports maintaining accurate records and presenting data in a clear and consumable way.
  • Strong attention to detail time management and prioritisation skills.
  • A customer service mindset and a desire to improve the employee and learner experience.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to respectfully manage expectations with stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently use initiative and support a geographically dispersed team.
