Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Recruit train motivate and coach your crew to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations maintain high service standards and ensure smooth processes.
• Scheduling & Planning: Create rosters assign duties and ensure coverage during busy periods.
• Inventory Control: Manage stock levels ordering and rotation to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Financial Management: Monitor food costs control expenses and achieve budget targets.
• Compliance: Perform opening and closing duties ensure safety standards and act as the first aid officer when needed.
• Collaboration: Be an integral part of the Virgin Active club leadership team.

Qualifications

We re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in cafe or restaurant management.
• Can work flexible hours and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Loves creating memorable customer experiences and ensuring a safe clean space for all.
• Is a people person warm genuine and dedicated to mentoring others.
• Has strong communication skills and can confidently interact at all levels.
• Is driven proactive and a natural problem-solver.
• Understands budgets and the impact of operational decisions.
• Can obtain a Working with Children s Check (if required).
