Buyer's Assistant
Job Summary
WHSmith are looking for a Buyers Assistant to support our Buying team in our Sydney Support Office.
What youll be doing:
Managing item creation and maintenance.
Ensuring price accuracy in merchandise systems.
Accurately updating item details for promotional programs.
Creating andmaintainingline sheets for distribution to the relevant team with correct images and information.
Managing communication with buyers and suppliersregardingdelivery timelines changes in deliverymethodsetc.
Collaborating with internal teams external stakeholders and suppliers to ensure cohesive operations.
What were looking for:
Highlyorganised.
Intermediate MS Excel skills.
Ability toprioritisewithgood timemanagement skills.
Previousexposure to a retail business is ideal.
Strong communicationskills and excellent time management.
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
