Job Summary
Working alongside our Director of Sales and Marketing you will be drive our commercial strategies by playing a key role in growing our hotels corporate leisure group and events business.
What will you be doing:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate leisure group and events segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients corporate partners agencies and local businesses.
- Conduct client visits sales calls presentations site inspections and networking activities.
- Manage and grow existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding revenue occupancy and business development targets.
Qualifications :
This is the perfect opportunity for a natural hunter someone who thrives on building new relationships identifying opportunities and winning new business.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in business development hotel sales or a similar commercial role.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality and hotel market.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Confident communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- A proactive approach with a strong focus on identifying new opportunities.
