Business Development Manager

This dynamic role is a key connection between the business and the customers.  In this role you work closely with all Company Departments in preparations for proposals PARs contracts and problem solving.  If sales negotiating and creating customer solutions are your passion this role is for you!

Qualifications :

Objectives of this role

• Develop and execute a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer engagement
• Maintain positive professional relationships with customers
• Identify market opportunities through meetings networking and other channels
• Increase sales revenue and market share

Key Responsibilities

• Long-term partnerships and strengthening market presence

• Promoting the company products and services to prospective clients
• Meeting with existing and potential customers and building positive relationships
• Conducting industry research to develop effective sales solutions
• Developing new business opportunities
• Negotiating drafting and reviewing offers/contracts
• Collaborating with the internal team (Australia) Product Managers and Commercial Operations to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives

Skills & Qualifications

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
• Organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM or similar business tools
• Analytical skills (market/competitor analysis) and commercial acumen

Education

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered
