Business Analyst with AI

Location: Brisbane QLD (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with Product Ownership experience to support the delivery of AI and digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders product teams and technical teams to gather requirements manage product backlogs and deliver AI-enabled solutions in an Agile environment.

• Gather analyse and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders.
• Create user stories acceptance criteria and process documentation.
• Prioritise and manage the product backlog.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers Architects and development teams.
• Support Agile ceremonies UAT and solution delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and product enhancements.

• 5 years experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience delivering AI Digital Transformation or Data projects.
• Product Owner/Product Management experience in Agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Jira Confluence and Agile/Scrum.
• Exposure to Generative AI Microsoft Copilot Azure AI or similar AI technologies is highly desirable.

• Experience with AI governance or data-driven projects.
• Relevant Business Analysis or Agile certifications (CBAP CCBA PSPO CSPO).
