Business Analyst

Your Opportunity 

Were looking for a Business Analyst to join our Issuing Product Domain on a 12-month maximum term contract. 

In this role youll own the vision and strategy for payments and digital product solutions ensuring every solution delivers exceptional value for our clients and end-users. Collaborating with cross-functional teams youll turn ideas into reality and help Cuscal maintain its position as a leader in the payments ecosystem.

Youll also make an impact by:

• Acting as the link between business and technology eliciting and translating stakeholder needs into clear requirements and user stories
• Owning and supporting backlog refinement and prioritisation with the Product Owner ensuring delivery aligns to business value and priorities
• Partnering with stakeholders to align requirements and solutions with business needs resolving conflicts and ensuring clear communication across teams

Qualifications :

What youll bring

Youre an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for delivering impactful products. You thrive on collaboration balancing strategic vision with meticulous attention to detail.

To succeed in this role youll bring:

• Strong analytical prioritisation and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments supporting backlog refinement and working with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders managing conflicting requirements and driving alignment

Youll stand out from the crowd if you have some of the following:

• Exposure to compliance frameworks such as PCI and familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial services
• Knowledge of cards and payments systems including experience working with platforms or standards such as ISO20022 or AS2805
