Requirements
Job Requirement:
810 years of experience in Broadcom Automic Workload Automation
Strong hands-on expertise in Automic Jobs Workflows Events Calendars Variables and Notifications
Proven experience in solution design (HLD/LLD) and enterprise scheduling strategies
Experience with Automic upgrades including AWI UTF8 migration DB upgrades and CAPKI
Strong troubleshooting skills for platform agent and workflow issues
Knowledge of ITIL processes Incident Problem and Change Management
Scripting skills in Shell PowerShell or Python
Strong hands-on expertise in Automic Jobs Workflows Events Calendars Variables and Notifications

Lead Automic upgrade planning execution validation and stabilisation
Provide L3 support root cause analysis and problem management
Ensure governance compliance for changes releases and audits
Coordinate with stakeholders infra teams and vendors
Drive continuous improvement through standardisation and automation hardening
Develop and maintain Jobs JOBP workflows Schedules Events and Calendars
Lead Automic upgrade planning execution validation and stabilisation
Provide L3 support root cause analysis and problem management
