Position Overview:

Job Purpose:

We are seeking experienced luxury lifestyle retailers to join the Canada Goose team in Sydney (Westfield)on a Full Time permanent basis.

The Brand Ambassador Experience role is accountable for creating and providing an outstanding guest experience that exemplifies the authenticity of Canada Goose. Assist in the execution of the plans and strategies developed by the Store management team. Execute store functions relating to operational efficiency that impact the overall quality of the guest experience. Ensure excellence in all areas and maintain Canada Gooses expectations of quality and authenticity.

What Youll Do

Store Financial Performance:

• Contribute to the stores overall target by achieving productivity standards
• Achieve or exceed personal sales targets that may vary depending on seasonality

Engagement:

• Contribute to a positive store environment through effective communication teamwork and partnership with brand ambassadors and the store management team
• Attend and participate in all store meetings events and product knowledge sessions
• Demonstrate values and behaviours consistent with Canada Gooses culture

Operational Excellence:

• Compliant with store operating procedures to minimize store shrink
• Handle all Point of Sale (POS) transactions in compliance with company standards
• Ensure overall accuracy in inventory and proper organisation and care of Canada Gooses products
• Support in the upkeep of overall physical store maintenance and standards
• Responsible for maintenance of the Visual Merchandising directives
• Other responsibilities may be added to meet the needs of the business

Customer Experience:

• Ensure an outstanding guest experience through operational efficiency (such as: stock room management cash wrap experience and sales floor best practices)
• Drive our CXE Score

Lets Talk About You

• Previous retail experience in a customer focused environment is preferred
• Demonstrates Canada Gooses values of passion relentlessness entrepreneurship and authenticity
• Proven record of successful sales performance
• Experience working with affluent and luxury brands is an asset
• High-volume traffic experience is an asset
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and flexible to work retail hours (standard peak and holiday)
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Good understanding of inventory management and point of sale systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self motivated able to work independently and know when to seek guidance
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office specifically Word and Excel
• Good command of English
• Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
