We are seeking experienced Bobcat Sweeper Operators for an immediate start withan initial temp-to-perm opportunity.

Applicants must have extensive experience operating road profiling equipment within the asphalt and road construction industry.

Whats on Offer:

• Immediate start available
• Varied hours from 6am till 6pm
• Pay rate starting from $55ph depending on experience.
• Ongoing full-time work following successful period

Day to Day:

• Commence daily operations from the Maddington depot
• Conduct pre-start inspections and basic maintenance on machinery
• Attend daily pre-start meetings with site crews
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently to complete works to a high standard
• Follow instructions and tasks provided by the Delivery Manager
• Assist with general upkeep and maintenance of equipment
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities within the business

Skills & Experience:

• Experience operating a sweeper attachment is essential
• Experience working on final trim orprofiling highly regarded
• HC Licence desirable but not essential
• White Card (essential)
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable with a positive can do attitude
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Highly organised with strong initiative and work ethic
• Able to pass a Drug & Alcohol screen
