Bilingual GuestCare Agent (English + French or Spanish)

Founded in London KeyNest is a global network of shops where Airbnb hosts and property managers securely store keys for guests tenants cleaners and contractors. As an official global partner of Airbnb we have successfully checked in more thanguests worldwide.

You will join our team as a Bilingual GuestCare Agent on a full-time independent contractor basis providing dedicated support to our international community of hosts and guests in English alongside either French or Spanish.

We need reliable independent contractors who can commit to a 40-hour work week on a 60-month contract. If you meet most of these criteria and are comfortable communicating fluently in English and either French or Spanish we encourage you to apply.

PHP per month

During your initial months you will handle inquiries across our global network taking ownership of guest and host communications. You will also participate in career training sessions to familiarize yourself with our operations and explore internal mobility opportunities as you grow with the company.
