As a Betting Line Operator youre on the frontline of our customer experience delivering fast accurate and engaging support across phone live chat and email. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust solve problems and create a seamless betting experience.

Youll play a key role in ensuring bets are placed correctly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy compliance and Safer Gambling practices.

Operating in a fast-paced 24/7 environment youll be part of a team that thrives on collaboration precision and delivering exceptional service at scale.

A Day in the Life

• No two days are the same but heres what you can expect.
• You might start your shift handling a high volume of inbound customer requests across multiple channels quickly understanding needs and delivering clear helpful solutions.
• Throughout the day youll place and manage bet requests with accuracy and efficiency ensuring every transaction is handled correctly and within required timeframes.
• Youll verify customer details update account information and maintain detailed records of interactions contributing to a seamless and secure customer experience.
• At times youll identify unusual patterns or behaviours supporting efforts to detect fraudulent activity and uphold platform integrity.
• Youll also play an important role in promoting Safer Gambling ensuring customers are supported and protected at every step.
• Working across a roster including weekends youll be part of a team that keeps things moving around the clock.
