As a Team Leader you will guide mentor and inspire a dedicated team of support workers ensuring we deliver dignified high-quality care to children and young people (CYP) with complex needs.

You will work hand-in-hand with an experienced Service Manager who is committed to your professional success. Together you will provide the strategic support needed to empower CYP to reach their goals and experience true choice and control in their lives.

• Leadership Capabilities: Strong emotional intelligence advanced leadership skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.

• Proven Experience: A strong background in supporting individuals with complex needs mental health challenges and/or behaviours of concern.

• Qualifications: A Diploma in Disability Community or Childrens Services; working towards a relevant Bachelors degree; or identifying as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person.
