Job Summary
Were looking for a bartender to support bar operations in Marmelo and Mr Mills. You will be working in a fast-paced dynamic environment where quality creativity and service are always the focus.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages including cocktails wine beer and non-alcoholic drinks with consistency and flair.
Engage with guests in a warm confident and attentive manner to deliver exceptional customer service.
Set up and pack down the bar each shift ensuring cleanliness organisation and stock readiness.
Assist with stock rotation inventory and reporting low stock or supply needs
Stay current with bar trends seasonal offerings and signature cocktails.
Qualifications :
What were looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience as a cocktail bartender in a high-volume or premium venue.
Strong knowledge of spirits wine cocktails and bar techniques.
Confident and engaging interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach
Experience in cocktail menu development is a bonus
Current Victorian RSA Certificate
Availability to work evenings weekends and public holidays
