Bartender Mee So

Located in the heart of Sydney CBD ibis Styles Sydney Central is home to Mee So a vibrant contemporary dining destination full of flavour and personality. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences to our valued and loyal guests. Reporting to the Venue Manager youll play an active role in the day-to-day operations of Mee So bringing your creativity and expertise to the bar while crafting and serving both classic and innovative cocktails and beverages.

Qualifications :

Your skills and experience will include:

• Previous experience in a bartender or bar service role with a strong understanding of cocktails spirits wine and beverages.
• Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Confident cocktail-making skills with the ability to deliver both classic and innovative drinks with consistency.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• A positive energetic and professional attitude with a strong attention to detail and commitment to responsible service.
• A valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
