Bartender

As a Bartender youll play a key role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere serving everything from barista-quality coffee and premium beverages to wines beers and cocktails. Working alongside a passionate hospitality team youll help deliver the high standards of service that our guests have come to expect from two of Australias most iconic brands.

Whether guests are beginning their journey returning home or stopping over between flights youll help make every visit to the lounge a memorable one.

What Youll Be Doing

• Crafting and serving premium coffee cocktails wines beers spirits and refreshments.
• Providing genuine friendly and professional service to every guest.
• Creating a welcoming and relaxed lounge atmosphere.
• Maintaining a clean organised and well-presented bar area.
• Monitoring stock levels and replenishing products as required.
• Following RSA food safety and workplace health & safety requirements.
• Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Ensuring high standards of presentation and service are consistently maintained.

Qualifications :

Were looking for enthusiastic hospitality professionals who are passionate about people and take pride in delivering exceptional service.

Youll bring:

• Previous experience in a bar café restaurant hotel or similar hospitality environment.
• A current RSA Certificate.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and professional presentation.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
• Barista experience and cocktail knowledge (highly regarded).
• Full working rights in Australia (essential).

• Experience within premium hospitality or lounge environments.
• A passion for food beverage and guest experiences.
• A natural ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
