IIQAF Group is seeking a friendly skilled and customer-focused Barista to join our hospitality team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee tea and other beverages while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean organized and hygienic café or hospitality environment.

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee espresso tea and other hot and cold beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain commercial espresso machines coffee grinders blenders and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepare espresso-based beverages including espresso Americano cappuccino latte flat white macchiato and other specialty coffees.
• Steam and texture milk correctly to achieve the required temperature consistency and presentation.
• Assist with food preparation serving clearing tables and general café operations when required.
• Support opening and closing duties including equipment cleaning stock replenishment and workstation preparation.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff waiters supervisors and other hospitality team members to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain a professional appearance positive attitude and high standard of customer service at all times.
• Follow company policies café procedures quality standards and applicable Australian food safety requirements.

• Previous experience as a Barista Café Barista Coffee Barista Beverage Attendant Café Attendant Coffee Specialist or Café All-Rounder is preferred.
• Experience in cafés restaurants hotels resorts coffee shops catering or other hospitality establishments is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation espresso-based beverages milk steaming coffee equipment and beverage service.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts weekends evenings and public holidays when required.
