GYG Mount Annan are on the lookout for passionate and energetic Baristas who are ready to deliver exceptional coffee with a side of good vibes to our Café Hola. If you love fast-paced environments high-quality beans and making someones day with the perfect coffee we want you on our team.

Your Role

As a GYG Barista youll be the face of our Café Hola preparing high-quality coffee and serving up good vibes all day long. Youll work in a fast-paced energetic environment where teamwork and positive energy are key. Youll ensure every cup meets our high standards. At the same time you will get variety as you work amongst our sales team. 

Key Responsibilities

• Calibrate the espresso machine and grinder throughout the day to maintain consistent flavour and extraction quality

• Steam and texture milk to the correct temperature and consistency for each drink

• Deliver fast friendly and knowledgeable customer service in a high-volume environment

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all workstations and equipment

• Support general restaurant operations such as order taking food prep restocking and cleaning

• Follow GYGs recipes portion standards and food safety procedures

Qualifications :

Qualifications

• At least 1 year barista experience.

• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

• Availability to start early Mornings during the week (therefore this position is not suitable for those still at school)

• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on diverse tasks.
