The Role
As the Hotel OR Bar Manager you will be the heartbeat of the site. You will have full operational accountability balancing high-energy bar service and gaming compliance with the high-touch hospitality required for guest accommodation. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be expected to lead from the floor and mentor a diverse team across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
Bar & Beverage: Manage a high-volume bar operation including menu curation cellar management and wage-to-revenue control.
Attributes: A people focused leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can pivot between back-end administration and front-facing service.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of TAB/Keno operations draught beer systems and property management systems.
