Were seeking a driven Associate Territory Manager Endoscopy to join our Brisbane team. Youll work with cutting-edge technology used in hospitals across Queensland supporting clinicians in operating theatres and procedure rooms while developing the commercial skills needed for a successful career in MedTech.

Key responsibilities
Partner with our Territory Managers to drive sales growth and increase market share across the Endoscopy portfolio
Support new business development and manage existing customer relationships
Provide clinical and technical support in operating theatres and procedure rooms
Deliver product demonstrations training and in-servicing to healthcare professionals
Troubleshoot product usage and provide ongoing customer support
Travel across Brisbane and greater Queensland as required
Skills and experience
Required
Minimum 1-2 years demonstrated sales experience and strong interest in medical device sales
Strong commercial acumen and ability to achieve sales targets
Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
High level of motivation resilience and accountability
Preferred
Background in healthcare allied health nursing or life sciences (preferred)
Knowledge and understanding of anatomy surgery and healthcare environments
Exposure to operating theatres procedural environments or medical technology
