We are looking for anAssociate HR Advisor to join the team. Reporting into the HR Shared Services Manager you will play a key role in delivering core HR operational services across the employee lifecycle and to help ensure ourpeopleprocesses are efficient employee-centric and aligned with internal policies and compliance requirements.
This role is instrumental inmaintainingoperational excellence throughaccurateHR data management process improvement and responsive support for employees and leaders. You will support a range ofpeopleprocesses that include but are not limited to:
Employee lifecycle activities ( exits job changes) are completed accurately and documented in line with internal processes.
Shared services tickets and requests are triaged actioned or escalated appropriately ensuring consistent andtimelyservice delivery against SLA/KPI performance metrics
HR data and records across systems are reliable consistently updated and regularly reconciled.
Operational processes and workflows are continuously reviewed and refined to improve efficiency enhancestandardisation and deliver a high-quality experience across the employee lifecycle.
Employees and stakeholders view theHRServices teamteamas responsivesolutions-focused and reliable.
Our Ideal hire will have:
Demonstrated interest in HR Operations or People Services with a desire to build a career in People & Culture.
Initiative someone who looks for ways to improve the experience and proactively solve problems
Systems thinking with a strong interest in improving how things work and building processes that scale.
Strong Attention to detail and data accuracy.
12 years of experience in a People Operations or HR Administration role.
Exposure to Australian employment legislation and compliance obligations.
Familiarity with HR or shared services administration such as onboarding job changes ormaintainingemployee records.
Experience using HRIS or payroll systems and ticketing platforms.
