Job Summary

Given our strong pipeline of secured and upcoming projects we are seeking an experienced ICT / Communications and Security leader to join our Brisbane team and provide strategic and technical leadership across a diverse portfolio of projects.

How youll make a difference

  • Provide strategic and technical leadership for ICT Communications and Security projects overseeing project delivery commercial performance client engagement and key stakeholder relationships.

  • Lead the development and delivery of integrated ICT and Security solutions across structured cabling IT networks wireless VoIP CCTV access control intrusion detection security alarm systems and cyber security.

  • Act as a senior technical advisor to clients project teams and contractors providing expert guidance from project inception through design documentation and construction.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships identify opportunities and contribute to business growth and project pursuits.

  • Provide technical governance and quality assurance across projects ensuring solutions meet relevant standards project requirements and industry best practice.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and national technology advisory groups across major projects in health education aviation defence justice and other sectors.

  • Lead mentor and develop engineers and technical staff fostering capability knowledge sharing and professional growth.


Qualifications :

How youll make a difference

  • Relevant Engineering qualification in Electrical ICT or Communications with 15 years industry experience and demonstrated senior leadership experience.

  • Professional Engineering Registration and relevant Security Advisor Licence or eligibility to obtain.

  • Extensive experience leading ICT Communications and Security design and consulting services within the Buildings environment.

  • Proven ability to lead complex projects manage senior stakeholders and provide strategic technical advice.

  • Strong commercial awareness including experience with project costing proposals resource planning and business development.

  • Demonstrated leadership capability with experience mentoring and developing technical teams.

  • Excellent communication relationship management and consultative skills with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
