Associate Director Corporate Occupier

• To lead Project Management Commissions taking responsibility for end to end service delivery often with respect to large or complex projects.
• To act as the key day to day client interface ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards. 
• Advising at a strategic level at the project conception stage including providing advice on the different approaches that can be adopted in order to successfully achieve the clients overall objectives
• Lead and manage large stakeholder groups focused on business outcomes.
• Lead and manage project review and reporting mechanisms; project financial management; change control and quality reporting.
• Lead the preparation of AFL agreements and negotiate accordingly
• Solve client problems by conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis including client interviews and workshops document reviews and the presentation of our findings and recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients project teams and within our business.
• Assisting in business development activities such as development of proposals internal opportunity management and thought leadership development.
• Collaborate across service line with Turner & Townsend sectors/service lines to bring additional value to clients and seek cross-sell opportunities

Qualifications :

• Ideally professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction project management engineering surveying or architecture
• Strong corporate office capability and experience
• Existing relationships in the corporate occupier sector with design consultants builders and clients will be favorable.   
• To act as the key day to day client interface ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards. 
• Team leadership capability must be able to manage client lead or implement project strategy and manage client.
• Ideally you will have worked with leading consultancies
• Strong stakeholder and construction management experience essential
• Delivered and lead teams on schemes in excess of 50000 sqft
• Existing relationship with Sydney occupier market.
