We are seeking a commercially focused Client Lead to drive NCS Australias growth across Canberra and the Federal Government sector. Working within our Markets team youll identify new opportunities build executive-level client relationships and lead strategic growth initiatives that deliver meaningful outcomes for our clients and our business. 

In this role you will

• Develop and execute growth strategies across key Federal Government accounts. 
• Build trusted relationships with senior government stakeholders. 
• Identify shape and close complex business opportunities.
• Create compelling value propositions and innovative client solutions. 
• Partner with consulting technology and delivery teams to achieve measurable client outcomes. 

Qualifications :

You will bring:

• Proven success in business development sales account management or client leadership within a technology consulting or systems integration environment. 
• Strong Federal Government networks and relationship-building capability. 
• Experience leading complex bids RFPs and strategic pursuits. 
• Exceptional stakeholder management communication and commercial skills. 
• A consultative value-led approach to driving growth and client success.
