As our Assistant Store Manager youll play a key role in driving the success of a Red Cross Store while helping create a warm inclusive space for customers volunteers and the local Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations and confidently steps into leadership when theyre away. Youll lead from the floor spending around 90% of your time engaging with customers coaching volunteers and ensuring the store looks exceptional.
