You will be a dynamic Automotive Service professional with strong Dealership front-line service exposure. Your proven leadership ability will enable you to coach our team of advisors to ensure they are on track to achievethe departments objectives.

You will also take ownership for driving and enhancing outstanding Guest Experience ensuring each and every guest receives the Ultimate Service experience thereby successfully building high levels of daily guest satisfaction as well as retention and profitability.

• Demonstrated ability to delegate responsibility work with mentor & coach employees positivity developing their skills & capabilities.
