Assistant Financial Controller (Fixed Term Parental Leave 12 months)
Job Summary
- Support the Director of Finance in day-to-day operations including compliance and owner relations.
- Deliver timely accurate weekly monthly quarterly and annual financial reporting.
- Assist with annual budgets forecasting and strategic financial planning.
- Oversee Accounts Payable Receivable and Payroll functions.
- Ensure internal controls and compliance with all Accor policies and regulatory standards.
- Handle confidential information with utmost integrity.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a financial management role ideally within hospitality or similar industries.
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance or Accounting.
- Strong working knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
- High attention to detail integrity and ethical standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Sun Accounting is highly desirable.
