- Join the Talent and People Operations team within the Department of Creative Industries Tourism Hospitality and Sport.
- Clerk Grade 5/6 with a salary range of $102936 to $113579 per annum plus superannuation
- Temporary role until December 2026 with possibility of extensionbased in Sydney NSW
About the role
As the AssistantAdvisor Talent Acquisition you will play a key role in our closeknit Talent will partner with hiring managers to deliver efficient high-qualityrecruitment providing expert advice and guidance across non-comparativerecruitment processes. This includes coordinating and supporting suitabilityassessments talent pool activations employee transfers secondments and otherworkforce mobility initiatives ensuring compliance with relevant policies andlegislative requirements.
You will coordinateadvertising candidate sourcing interviews assessments and pre-employmentprocesses while delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experiencethroughout the recruitment lifecycle.

We are looking for a recruitment professional with experience buildingstrong stakeholder relationships and delivering excellent business outcomes. Ourideal candidate will bring strong organisational skills and an ability tomanage multiple competing priorities.
