As an Asset & Lifecycle Manageris responsible for the successful delivery of Project outcomes in our Truganina Victoria site. This will require preparation planning executing and controllingallaspectsoftheproject and service assetseitherdirectlyorthroughdelegationwiththeon-sitefacility team. Successful delivery requires monitoring and controlling of all assets within the corrections team through collaboration with site technicians supervisors engineers and managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintainandupdateassetmanagementplan
• Developandprepareprojectoutlinesforlargecapitalandlifecycleprojects
• Maintainandupdateassetdataincludingconditiontobepresentedtothe client
• Maintain up-to-date lifecycle forecasts for asset data and deliver the annual works plan per the Lifecycle Asset Management Plan
• Manage and maintain spare parts schedules to meet customer contract requirements.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• At least 3 years relevant Asset management experience
• Ability to successfully obtain clearance to work in a prison environment (essential)
• Proven experience in facilities and asset management
• Working knowledge of asset lifecycles and experience with condition assessments
• Work history on large commercial sites or correctional facilities (Preferred)
• Excellent computer skills and expert in Excel (desired)
• Commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to identify technical solutions to customers business needs
• Excellent written and oral communication and negotiating skills
• Self-motivated and the ability to work independently without supervision
• Flexible and ability to work under pressure on a fast-paced environment
• A strong commitment to safety and a safe working environment
