As our NSW Operations team continues to expand were looking for a Growth Coach to strengthen our leadership team and support the next wave of restaurant growth.

Youll lead a portfolio of restaurants across NSW partnering closely with restaurant leaders to build brilliant teams lift performance and deliver memorable customer experiences.

Youll bring energy commercial focus and a genuine passion for developing people. From coaching leaders and analysing performance to supporting new restaurant openings youll play an important role in shaping the continued success of Grilld.

• Drive Performance: Lead your restaurants to achieve sustainable sales growth profitability and strong commercial results.

• Turn Insights into Action: Use operational financial and customer data to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Deliver Brilliant Operations: Ensure every restaurant consistently provides memorable customer experiences and seamless operations.
• Lead with Accountability: Maintain high standards across food safety workplace safety employment compliance and operational processes.
• Support Our Growth: Play a key role in new restaurant openings and help set teams up for success from day one.

• Experienced Multi-Site Leader: Proven leadership experience within hospitality retail or another fast-paced customer environment.
• People Developer: A passionate coach who knows how to build confidence capability and accountability in others.
• Commercially Minded: Comfortable analysing a P&L identifying performance opportunities and taking action to improve results.
• Strong Communicator: Able to build trust influence stakeholders and communicate clearly across all levels.
• Operationally Focused: Someone who sets high standards and understands what great restaurant operations look like.
• Solutions Focused: Brings energy resilience and a practical approach to solving problems.
